This hat is my second favorite hat, only because my first favorite hat was the Jonathan Boater also made by you but unfortunately not made any more (very disappointed because that was absolutely the the most comfortable hat I ever owned) but my new hat is comfortable also so now I just have to adjust to that comfort, and maybe someday I will find that comparison to my first

Sooooo……my husband has what I like to call an expanded gray matter container ( a large head) and we found this hat on one of our trips to Cherokee, NC. Low and behold!, IT FIT PERFECTLY! Needless to say because it fit so well he lost it 😔. For whatever reason I saved the tag from the one he lost and reordered it for a surprise Christmas gift. He absolutely loves it! Great product!
Purchased the Weathered Cotton Bucket Hat in a small based on the size chart (21.5=small). The hat was entirely too small, I attempted to order a medium but encountered some difficulty when, multiple times, it redirected me to another option even though the medium was in stock. Sent an email to customer service who offered to make the exchange for me, but decided on a refund instead, as the sizing on this hat is totally inaccurate. Purchased the "redo" as well, but because I am getting a refund for a poorly sized product, return shipping costs apply. I would not purchase from this company again.

We're sorry the hat didn't fit the first time and that the return process offered you a different hat and not the one you wanted in a different size. As mentioned, happy to do the exchange for you if you still want to go down that path. Perhaps this was a hat that wasn't sized correctly. They are handmade and so one might just be slightly off.
